The Town of Indian Lake, NY is a a centerpiece for the Adirondacks and warm hospitality.  Folks of Indian Lake Region welcome you to a visit no matter what season.  The Indian Lake Region consist of Eagle Lake, Indian Lake, Lake Abanakee, Lake Adirondack, Lake Durant, Rock Lake, and the hamlet called Blue Mountain Lake and a hamlet of Sabael.  Indian Lake, established in 1858, is located in Hamilton County with approximately 1,400 population. There is absolutely NO traffic lights in town and surrounded by lakes, ponds, streams and rich traditions.  The Indian Lake terms itself the "Moose Capital of the Northeast" and enjoy one can enjoy 24 miles of the Siamese Pond Wilderness.
