The Locks Passage - 133 mile of waterways that carried travelers for centuries for commerce and travel. Rich in history of the days of great iron and lumber where the commerce of the day. If you are a seaman, this tour is a must; but the tour is also a wonderful trip for the entire family. Below are enjoyable sites to start enjoying! The New York State canal system was built in 1817-1822 and was a vial commercial waterway in the 19th century to supply commerce between New York City to the St. Lawrence River. Today, it is a pleasure way for boaters.
